By accessing or using this website and client portal of Advocate Ashif Husain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Advocate-Client Relationship
Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. An advocate-client relationship is established ONLY upon signing a formal engagement letter and payment of the agreed retainer. No communication through this website, including the legal assistant, creates an advocate-client relationship by itself.
3. Ashif Husain Tools Disclaimer
The Ashif Husain tools on this platform — including document summaries, case strategy assistants, hearing preparation tools, and the legal assistant — are aids to the advocate's professional work. They do not constitute legal advice and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for any legal decision. All Ashif Husain outputs are reviewed and finalized by the Advocate before being relied upon.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to: provide accurate information; not upload false, misleading, or unlawful content; not attempt to access data that does not belong to you; not misuse the Ashif Husain tools for generating frivolous or legally hazardous content; respect the intellectual property rights of the Advocate and other clients.
5. Government Portal Sync
Government portal data (eCourts, state police FIR portals) is fetched only where the Advocate is authorized (own cases, consented client cases, or publicly available cause-list data). The platform relies on the availability and accuracy of these third-party portals and is not responsible for their downtime or data errors.
6. Payment Terms
Fees are communicated upfront and invoiced through the portal. Payments can be made via UPI, cards, net-banking, or wallets. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Advocate's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. The Advocate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including articles, guides, templates, system-generated outputs, and the platform design — is the intellectual property of the Advocate unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
